A transatlantic transplant Jeannie is now firmly rooted on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia, and she loves it!

Jeannie was born and grew up in post war Britain, trained as a teacher, married and was happily raising two sons when the possibility of moving to Canada for her husbands job presented itself. Curiosity and a sense of adventure led to some hurried packing and planning and a short while later they arrived ready for a new life. Some 30 years later they are still having adventures and loving it.
